Marines Call in Artillery Round Striking Insurgents

Video of a U.S. Marine element under fire by a two-man insurgent machine gun team calls in field artillery in southern Afghanistan Aug. 17, 2010. Marine artillerymen fired a single round, which struck near the enemy fighting position and neutralized the threat. The insurgents slunk slowly away after the strike, apparently injured.
