Today's show is like a day at the fair midway with that crazy friend who wants to do all of the crazy shit, including rides, then that person sits down at the Biergarten with ya for a Steak, Grilled Onions, and Cheese sandwich with a side of Pomme Fritts doused in Jagersauce. Chasing it down with a liter of Dunkelweizen and a shot o' Jager, a Black Toothed Grin, and a redneck shot of White Lightnin'. Then the entire crew takes a nice roadtrip on the way home.

Thats how you make a damn good show. Not just some bullshit playlist of personal favorites on some nobodies YouTube channel.

The order of this week’s show refers to the major factors of being a successful band, it is grit, heart and making the decision to never give up!

Some bands on this show have gone from label to label or do it on their own and stay independent with self-released music.

Endless miles on the engine, millions of faces, what these band left behind is memorable moments for all who’ve attended their shows.

Every band on this show today has grit, heart, and determination. That’s why I chose these bands. They’ve encountered multiple challenges, emotional loss of members, internal band strife, and yet, with that grit, heart, and determination; they’ve overcome it and continued to bring us some of the most rocking and heaviest music on the planet.

Some of the bands you may know, some you may not. We’re going to take you on a sonic rollercoaster. We hope when you see and hear a band, it brings you back to a time in your life and you react the same way you did when you first heard the song or saw the band live!

The Ball is a weekly show of the greatest heavy music we've all grown up with. I'm GenX. When I was a teenager in the ‘80s, Headbanger's Ball was our Saturday Night Party.

Jean and leather jackets with all of favorite bands were worn proudly watching rock and metal videos in the 80's until MTV went and bent us over in '95. Leaving us with other shows that just weren't The Ball. Well, fuck MTV! This is my Headbangers Ball and if MTV doesn’t like it, they can suck a fuckin dick!
