In this video, we visit Phed Mark, a restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, owned by the one and only Mark Wiens! Only one meal is available at the restaurant: the delectable pad kra pow. This is one of Thailand's most well-known delicacies! If you appreciate Thai food as much as I do, you've probably had it before! The meal is available in a variety of spiciness intensities and protein sources, ranging from wagyu beef to vegetarian tofu and mushroom varieties, we went for the Moo (Pork) option.
