Would YOU drink a sweet pepper?

I am so thankful for my newest kitchen gadget--the hand-crank food chopper. I am buzzing through dishpans-full of sweet peppers! Stan said I need to remember which freezer I've put things in. So I'll actually find them. When I need them next winter.
Yes, still laughing about that one (but not in front of him!)
