I am Never Buying Razer Gaming Gear Again

A mouse that worked for one month and poor customer service is why I am Never Buying Razer Gaming Gear Again. I got the razor deathadder V2 X hyperspeed mouse, and within a month of using it the optical sensor completely went on it. I try to fall along with a different cleaning methods that were posted online and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Moleskine click, but I can't move the cursor on the screen at all. I reached out to Razer's service department and filed a case under their website, but after months I have not heard back at all. I have found another case, and still no response from them, which is a little bit annoying.
