Dave Mathisen. From Myths of the Stars to The Great Reset

Dave Mathisen joins us for a deeper chat than usual about non star myth stuff for the most part. Dave is on a different life path and is opening up to talking about financial global geo political issues. We get into Michael Hudson's work, identity politics, appropriation, Capitalism breaking feudalism, government vs private, what happened in the 70's, In-Q-Tel , and Surveillance Valley.

In the second half we get into the Yellow Vest Book, Rich Men North of Richmond, the bridge to the myths, Hitler, Haley's Comet, Tychosium, Lincolnism, national banks, left and right, deep ancient, near ancient, Code of Hammurabi, MMT, counter revolutions, The Bill Mitchell Blog, definitions of the big words, ancient wisdom and the French Revolution.

David is convinced that this ancient system was intended to convey profound truths which are today more relevant than ever to our lives, even in this very present moment -- and that one of the core messages of the ancient myths involves the recovery of the essential or authentic self, from whom we become alienated by what is today referred to as psychological trauma.
David is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has a masters degree in English literature from Texas A&M University. He has been an instructor in the Department of English and Philosophy at West Point and now lives in his home state of California, where he enjoys surfing and watching the stars.
