How to get Starfield to Run Better on Nvidia | DLSS Frame Generation and Preset Mod

Using the Starfield Frame Generation and Starfield Performance Optimizations I was able to get Starfield running at a decent framerate while in cities or in a battle on a non-instanced planet side base. Here I show an example in the city and on a planet as well as where to get the mods yourself. I hope this helps you get this game running better.
