Track work at Baltimore's Penn Station cancelled

Travelers won't have to worry about delays at Penn Station in Baltimore this weekend. Amtrak planned another round of track work near the station Saturday July 21, and Sunday July 22; but now the work which would have affected MARC Train's Penn Line has been postponed.
