This smoky, sweet, spicy dip with shreddy beef, cheese, bbq & jalapeño is a SHOW STOPPER! 🔥 I highly recommend serving it with pork loin crisps from Carnivore Crisps! 🤤

Toss some stew meat in a combo of Redmond real salt and season salt, garlic and onion powder, regular and smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and ground mustard.

Heat a little olive oil, tallow, or bacon grease in the Instant Pot on the sauté function and sear your stew meat on all sides for just a minute or so.

Hit the cancel button and add 1 cup prepared beef bouillon and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Seal your Instant Pot and cook on high pressure 25 minutes until your beef is super tender and can be easily shredded with forks.

Shred a bit of your beef with a drizzle of the cooking liquid and put into a heat-proof dish. Toss with no sugar added Sweet Baby Rays hickory barbecue sauce, a little more of that cooking liquid and some fresh grated Colby Jack cheese. Stir, top with more Colby Jack and some fresh diced jalapeños.

Load into the air fryer ir oven and cook until browned and bubbly. Serve with Carnivore Crisps pork loin crisps or your favorite dippers.
