4 Machines In One

The Nordic Hyper is four machines in one.

It's a Nordic Bench, Back Extension, GHD Reverse Hyper and Hip Thrust Bench.

The nordic bench has 10 levels of regression starting from 45 degrees so you can slowly lower it until you get to a flat nordic curl.

The Nordic curl regression set up is great for those following the Knees Over Toes program

Once you've gotten strong enough, you can also do decline nordic curls at 3 different levels which requires an insane amount of hamstring strength.

The decline set up can also be used for leg raises and decline sit ups.

The back extension portion can be set to 45 degrees or 90 degrees

The GHD / Reverse hyper set up works for GHD sit ups and reverse hyperextensions.

And finally the hip thrust set up can be used for hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, couch stretches

One last thing to mention is that it folds to down and stands up vertically for storage.
