What's Up With The Voice and Makarrata?

This segment is taken from a previous live stream on Odysee.
There's so many questions about The Voice to Parliament (in Australian politics), and the public messaging is very murky and vague with seemingly contradicting messages. I try to wade through some of the things I found and the reports on the Government's own website about how Makarrata is the "culmination of our agenda" and what Makarrata IS (protect your knees, gamers).
