What is human design?

The story goes that a man going by the name of Ra Uru Hu had a spiritual experience in the late 80's. He basically received this massive download/transmission, which we now know as Human Design. By the early 90's he shared it with the world. Since then it has been further developed into what we know now.

That's the simple version.

Essentially Human Design draws on a number of existing ancient or established fields: Astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, Chakra systems and Quantum Physics. It is based on the idea that when we were born, and even before that (when we became conscious in the womb) we were given a unique blueprint to live by, to fulfill our greatest life.
It is not prescriptive but is about experiencing life in the way we were designed to, based on what feels good to our body. It's about connecting back in with your physical self and living out a purpose that is aligned to you.
