In this video, we are talking about Futures and specifically rolling contracts. Every Futures contract has a specific expiration date and settlement process. But if you are watching this video, there is no reason to hold into expiration and if you aren’t going to hold and let your contracts expire then you are going to rollover to the next contract and start trading that. You can rollover contracts based on time or based on volume and we'll see what's the strategy that I use based on volume.
