A couple of years back in 2021 EDP was deplatformed after he was caught attempting to meet up with a minor in the now infamous "cupcake incident. Unfortunately the people who caught did so for the YouTube clout instead of trying to get him locked up.

Fast forward to February 2023 and EDP finally made an apology video, kind of? He didn't really admit anything and pretty much just said a bunch of lawyer approved hollow statements, with out acknowledging what he did or having any real plan of action to correct his behavior.

Fortunately for the under age community EDP could help but get himself into trouble once again this time being cuaght by JiDion and SKeeter Jean in a yet to be released video. JiDion dropped a snippet on his TikTok. JiDion also went on MoistCr1TiKaL's (aka penguinz0) stream give more details.
