The HUGE Ruling That Favors California Open Carry

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a huge ruling yesterday from a 3 judge panel in the matter of Baird v. Bonta a challenge to California's open carry ban. The ruling, which actually remands the case back to the District Court for a proper consideration of the plaintiff's request for a temporary injunction on enforcement of this law. The 9th Circuit has found that the District did not even come close to applying the proper legal standard and so now, we get a do-over.
