Chocolate Fans Cupcake Tutorial

How adorable are these tiny chocolate fans?? I am obsessed! Here I have used white compound chocolate to create the fans and the edible spheres, and dusted them over with the iconic super sparkle white lustre dust. I also used a 6B piping tip to create the rosette in buttercream tinted midnight blue with the colour mill oil blend range (works nicely with chocolate and ganache) and finished off with edible silver cachous.
