Planet X Nibiru Update, are we seeing smart dust? From 9/7/23

What are we seeing? Smart dust, nano dust, evil entities or red iron oxide dust?
I am playing the video at regular speed in night vision, so you can see how fast these entities are moving. What are they? I only see them with night vision on! Note: Time stamp at top righthand corner
