Walmart cutting starting pay for some new hires

The biggest private employer in the country, Walmart, has cut wages for some new entry-level workers. Experts say this is the latest sign U.S. employers are seeking to reduce labor costs as the market cools. CBS News contributor Javier David has more on the new pay rate.
