SOUL REVIVE - DAY 10 - PROTECTING YOUR ENERGY

Very simple yet very very powerful

Imagine being told there is nothing more we can do to help, you are now on your own and you have 2 months to live.

Someone has said you are going to die

You have been left on your own.

I have been grateful enough to work with a number of people who have been given this label and most of my wisdom has come from observing and experiencing the actions that took place next.

When you have been told you are dying, which is a myth. The first thing that becomes a must is to protect your energy. All the energy right now, is needed for your healing. Any energy wasted, is energy that is essential for healing.

Have a think about your life right now. What is not serving you? Think about your day to day, how often are you giving away your energy?

Arguing with others, getting triggered on Social media, worrying about outside events, work, admin, finances, parking tickets are many common
Examples of where we give out our energy.

Intention - Protect my energy

List out and bring awareness to your day and note where do you use so much of your energy?

Ask your self?

What is not serving me?

What will I let go of?

What will I say no to?

What changes will I make?

What do I want?

What lights up my soul?

Where is the resistance?

Imagine your body is the a boiler, and right now there are a number of gas leaks coming out of it These leaks are where you are wasting energy.

What can you do to protect any more leaks from leaving you?

When your will to live is that strong, the ego runs away and All you get is truth from the Soul.

Why wait until these types of moments occur before we make changes?

We can live that way now.
