Forty prisoners moved out of Wandsworth prison after escape this week, says Justice Secretary

Asked about the categorisation of prisoners, Justice Secretary Alex Chalk says there are a number of factors to determine which prison they go into.

It comes as questions persist about why Daniel Khalife - charged with terror offences - was in Wandsworth prison rather than in the higher security Belmarsh prison.

He says when it comes to Wandsworth, around 40 prisoners have been moved "out of an abundance of caution" this week following the escape.
