It's another day to face the challenges of life, start yours right!
A subscriber sent me this because it really triggered him as a former diabetic, so I thought we'd talk about it on this morning's ruck & talk. Accepting this kind of thing as normal is the kind of thing that sets us up for health failure, and it's the reason our children start off with healthy strong bodies, and end up like the majority of adults these days who wind up with metabolic disorders at earlier and earlier stages in their lives. Don't even walk down this isle! Just seeing this kind of thing as a normal occurrence fosters acceptance that this is normal. Eat meat, and live strong!

OVERALL SUMMARY
I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet termed the “Lion Diet” by Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson, who introduced this diet to my thinking.  Lion Diet is a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational, as well as the other content I create.
