When we really boil it down to the basics, there's only two ways to grow your business, more customers or more per customer. It's that simple. So there's a lot of different ways to get more customers, right?

You can hire more salespeople to knock more doors, you can pay more money on more leads. Pretty much that simple. More people, drumming up business, or paying for more leads. Upping your ticket price.

Different ways to do that. Find better neighborhoods. Target bigger homes, sell premium products, offer upsells, integrate solar.

So when we start looking at those two, I do this in my business. Every single month we track it periodically. How many new customers do we bring in and the average value of a customer?
