Jesus spoke a really nice sermon in Luke 16:1-13 Jesus tells “the parable of the dishonest manager”. which is about several things. It is a fantastic sermon and a grand way to present it in a story form. perfect in almost every way. How could they be angry with him.? They were and not just a little. Luke 16:14 ESV "The Pharisees, who were lovers of money, heard all these things, and they ridiculed him." Jesus does not say sorry or apologize. instead He lovingly says "“You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God" To speak the truth with confidence like Jesus, we need to clearly hear his voice! We should not be surprised if we are ridiculed.
