Man charged for firing shots outside East Lansing bar

The man accused of firing his gun into the air outside an East Lansing bar early Monday morning has been formally charged. On Wednesday, 34 year-old John Derengoski of East Lansing was arraigned on five charges, including "possession of a firearm while under the influence" and "discharging of a firearm."
