California's Crazy Second Amendment Tax

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses AB 28, which was just passed out of the California state legislature that will add an additional 11% sales tax to all firearms and ammunition sales. The state claims that these funds will go to fund to help prevent gun violence, but what this truly is, is yet another attempt by the State of California to disarm its lawful citizens.
