In episode three we dive into the top secret operations of the Office Of Strategic Services, the OSS, and how a humble wartime intelligence agency evolved into a complex network of deep black programs funded by controversial partnerships with organized crime.

In specific, we meet the Dulles brothers, who were key members of the
OSS during world war two, but also deeply tied to the financial interests of the Third Reich in the build up to the war. They both went on to occupy critical roles in American politics and at the future CIA.

We explore the links between organized crime and the intelligence community and how bonds formed in wartime would set the stage for lucrative illegal partnerships in the coming cold war.
