How to make Crispy Pakora with one batter Recipe | Kitchen With Musfara"

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil for deep frying
- 5 small pieces of your choice of vegetable (options include onion, potato, cauliflower, eggplant, and more)
Instructions:
1. Start by combining gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Gradually add water to the bowl, stirring until you have a thick batter. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dip each vegetable piece into the batter, ensuring an even coating.
5. Carefully place the coated vegetables into the hot oil and fry until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
6. Use a slotted spoon to remove the pakora from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
7. Repeat the process with the remaining vegetable pieces and batter.
8. Serve your piping hot pakora with your favorite chutney or sauce.
