1 Week Out!! My PEAK WEEK protocol FULLY EXPLAINED!!

Well here we are! One week out from my next Men's Physique competition. In this video ill be breaking down my full peak week plan and the reasoning behind why I do it. I'm not to say my way is perfect, but it's what I have decided upon for this show and I plan to see it to the end! Win or lose, I'll be back soon to explain if it was successful or not, and what I can do to make future adjustments and if there are any things I would do differently.
