Passionate about Med Beds but can't help being Anxious

I'm asking myself. Why am I afraid of moving away from comfort zone? Main reason, my late husband lived her with me for over 35 years and to me I'm scared to leave him.

I'm use to the status quo. I drive in the same area, tell me to drive elsewhere and I get very anxious.
