Welcome to Day 255, September 12th, 2023. We read the Book of Joel. Where the Lord's Word comes to Joel. The land of Judah is laid waste due to a plague of locusts. Joel mourns for the land. The Day of the Lord draws near. The Lord issues a Call to Repentance. The Land will be refreshed by the Lord. God's Spirit will be Poured Out after the Day of the Lord on all flesh. God Judges the Nations, and ends with Blessing His People. The book of Joel shows the Day of the Lord drawing near, with repentance and restoration to follow. This marks the beginning and the end of the Book of Joel.
