Calisthenics 101: A Simple and Effective Workout for Anyone
In this video, I’m going to show you a 10-minute calisthenic workout that you can do at home with no equipment. This workout will target your whole body and help you burn calories and build muscles. Calisthenics is a type of exercise that uses your own body weight and little or no equipment. You can do it anywhere, anytime, and with minimal space.
This workout is perfect for beginners who want to start their fitness journey and see amazing results in no time. You’ll improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. All you need is a timer, a mat, and some water.
The workout consists of 10 exercises that you’ll do for 30 seconds each, with 10 seconds of rest in between. Try to do as many reps as you can with good form and without stopping.
The exercises are:
Dips
Jump Squats
Pushups
Crunches
Burpees
Jump Rope
Lunges
Planks
Mountain Climbers
Superman
