Roasting coffee at home to save money - I'm using the Popper

Roasting your own coffee! Sounds crazy right?
While you can do this in a pan over an open fire. This is not a requirement to be able to do this at home. With simple home equipment like the Popper it can be pretty easy, once you learn what you are doing.
Not only do I enjoy doing this it also saves money as green coffee is cheaper.
You put in 3oz of green coffee beans in the device. Turn it on high. Put the temperature up to about 80%. Put the timer on 10 minutes, and let it go. This gives me a medium to (almost) dark roast.
There are lots of other opinions of how to use the device and it can also vary with different types of green coffee beans.
Be sure to wait 30 mins after it is done before your start another batch.
