Moving past Trauma and into Purpose

Today I’m super excited to interview "Red Dye Jen" a Social Worker, mother and wife. Jen has gone on a real journey of learning that she admits has been “uncomfortable” as she has learned more about the mainstream paradigm for health. Jen has developed ideas that push back on the Trauma model and has leaned into multifactorial approach to well being.

As usual we will dig into the current model and propose new model of health and leave you with some ideas and skills that can help you work towards purpose and personal stabilization.
