Frankly, it's about damn time!

LBRY filed a notice of appeal for the ruling which took place on November 7, 2022.

In this ruling, Judge Paul J. Barbadoro of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire ruled that the LBRY token was indeed a security as alleged by the SEC.

Given the recent losses suffered in court by the SEC, this is perfect timing for the company to dispute the verdict.
