High on Life playthrough part 7 | Garmantuous - Last boss and ending | 4K walkthrough

Fun game made by the creators of Rick and Morty. You can really tell the influence by the style of writing, the humour, and of course, the voice actors. The script is excellent with constant jokes throughout. It has a bit of a Metroidvania feel to it which makes exploration fun. But it could have done with a map and some fast travel points. The lack of map also hinders the lack of progress if you are trying to 100% the pick-ups. You have no idea where the remaining collectables might be.
There are some very unique weapons but they don't really add to the fun. The shooting elements are the weakest part of the game with the lack of enemy variety and taking too many hits before they die. I found myself running away from enemy encounters because they were boring. Also, the enemy music really grinded on me and got repetitive quickly.
Still, a well worthwhile game to experience and highly polished.
