TRACY GRUBBS AT VOLUSIA GOP

Tracy Grubbs won a special election for Port Orange City Council District 2 last month by a mere 186 votes...a 3% margin of victory in a heavily Republican City.
Fellow Councilman Scott Stiltner asked the Volusia County Republican Party to get out the vote in that election, and Tracy overcome a deficit in mail in ballots to win the election. Both men came to thank the Volusia GOP for helping make that victory happen.
