Carnivore Diet Blood Results? Finally! I Got Some Blood Tests After 15 Months on Carnivore!

Here's my carnivore diet blood test results. I've been eating a carnivore diet now for over 15 months but I've not had any blood tests done until this week. I have quite a list of tests I'd like to get done, but because money has been a bit tight, I'd been putting it off.

However this week, I decided to just do a couple of tests - a lipid panel and a HbA1C to get a bit of a snapshot of where my cholesterol and blood glucose is at.

And I'm pleased with the results! They're not perfect, but they're pretty good. I'll be doing regular testing from now on hopefully - every three months for a while. That way we can see what changes.

We also did the same tests for hubby. He's not eating a strict meat based diet, but has dropped reduced his plant consumption (veggies, nuts, seeds etc) and eats meat and animal products, home made sourdough bread, fruit and honey. He's feeling a lot better than he was and he might one day give up the bread! We'll see...
