It would be really nice if people would figure out that they need to create radio communication infrastructure NOW, BEFORE things get worse. Better to have it in place before we have a major national disaster, and the cell phone system gets targeted through cyber-warfare. Yeah, I said it. Get on board. Plan ahead.
