Today, "Coffee with..." is meeting with Sarah Rollins!

Grab your favorite cup and join me as I meet Sarah for the first time, and learn about her passion for assisting others!

Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Michigan. She is the owner and one of the therapists at Embodied Wellness, PLLC, a virtual psychotherapy practice that specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression for adolescents and adults. Sarah specifically works with individuals with developmental trauma and complex trauma.

In addition to Somatic Experiencing, she integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems and an attachment lens in therapy.

This interview demonstrates a very brief introduction into what a person might expect to start working on trauma, and we have plans to continue further interviews in order to acquire better understanding into these healing modalities!
