Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer kicked off Prime Minister's Questions by asking the Prime Minister why Wandsworth escapee Daniel Khalife was not held in a category A prison - the most secure type.

Rishi Sunak said he couldn't comment as a legal process was underway, but Mr Starmer came back at him, accusing the government of "presiding over mayhem in the criminal justice system".
