Inflation Remains Elevated / Dollar Report: September 2023

The Bureau of Labor Statistics released the latest CPI (Consumer Price Index) numbers for August 2023. Core inflation month-over-month exceeded the forecast. Also, we look at the minutes for the July FOMC meeting and Jerome Powell's speech at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Will the Federal Reserve raise rates at the meeting next week?
