Peach Canning + Fermented Garlic

This video took us a few weeks, we had a busy summer. We canned fresh jam, salsa and some cinnamon peach slices. It was so much work but worth it.
Video was edited my M who is 12 and filmed by Mom and C. (15)
Fermented Garlic should be flipped over every other day and allow to breathe then put lid back on. Store on counter for 3-4 weeks after that you should have a healthy immune boost in a jar. Can put in the fridge and can store for months. Local raw honey is best when doing this project.
