Hans von Spakovsky is a former member of the Federal Election Commission. He is the manager of the Heritage Foundation's Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow in Heritage's Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. President Trump named him to be a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. And he and John Fund have co-authored some great books on election integrity - "Our Broken Elections - How the Left Changed the Way you Vote." Hans will discuss the absurdly silly claims that the 14th Amendment’s bar on insurrectionists from the Civil War serving in Congress means that former President Trump cannot be on the ballot in 2024 and why these claims are entirely baseless. He will also discuss the various indictments and why they are so weak and why they are even grave breaches of our legal system and show that they are simply politically motivated prosecutions.

Tierin-Rose Mandelburg is a Video Program Host and Blogger at the Media Research Center (MRC) as well as the Anderlik Fellow in Culture & Media. Tierin-Rose will discuss how Vice President Kamala Harris utterly refused to provide a single limit single limit on abortion. She also couldn't answer simple questions. The Left's position is now inline with former Virginia Governor Ralph Northam's stated position that 4th Trimester abortions are okay -- in other words, killing a live baby after a botched late term abortion is okay as long as you make the baby "comfortable." She will also discuss how former White House spokesperson Jen Psaki defended abortion and compares babies to broccoli and lumps of coal.
