Robert Barnes on 5th Circuit Court Ruling Against Biden Administration's Vast Online Censorship Enterprise

The 5th Circuit Court of appeals unanimously found that the Biden Administration’s vast censorship enterprise of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube is unconstitutional and violated the 1st Amendment.

The Biden Administration, unwisely, is appealing to the Supreme Court.

This is the same administration that sides with teachers’ unions in saying that parents who show up to school board meetings to oppose pornographic books on very young students are terrorists who should be monitored by the FBI. They say that parents such as “Moms’ for Liberty” are “book burners” and sometimes even drop the Hitler/fascist bomb when describing them.
