How To Replace Pull Cord on 2004 Honda Rancher

In part 1, we were using the pull cord to start the ATV and the pull cord broke.
Now we will be fixing it, by replacing the cord.
In Part 2 we work on disassembling the Pull Cord Starter out to be cleaned and install a new string.
