Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just announced that they're rescinding their debt to income ratio pricing hit or adjustment. That was if you had a debt ratio over 45%, between 45 and 50, they were going to charge you a quarter percent in fee if you had a 780 on low down payment and 2.25% if you had a 639. That's just the high and the low. So they rescinded that. That only lasted for maybe six weeks to a month. This is the same type of pricing hit in LLPA that they're proposing for the Joe Biden low credit score loan.
