Rim Wars #21 - Stabilize

We've lost someone dear to us and the whole colony will suffer because of it, but we will persevere. We have the technology now to heal ourselves in new ways so we can bring our people back. The loss of one will be mitigated by the return of another. And things might actually start to find some semblence of normality around here.
