Daniel Khalife: 80 officers not present on day of escape

An investigation into whether Wandsworth prison was understaffed when terror suspect Daniel Khalife escaped, has found that 80 prison officers were not on shift that day.

Keith Bristow QPM, former director general of the National Crime Agency, has been appointed to lead the investigation.
