France is dispatching troops, equipment, and war materials to Senegal, Ivory Coast, and the Republic of Benin, in readiness to invade the Republic of Niger.

France knows that she is in breach of the UN Charter by her deliberate acts of hostility towards Niger.

France also knows that she cannot get any approval from the UN; hence the need to rely on proxies like Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire, and the Republic of Benin.

Our view is that this will be a war of aggression if eventually it happens.
