Ipoh is famous for it's Salted Chicken and we stayed very near to the Aun Kheng Lim Salted Chicken store. We watched the chickens being cooked in the hot salt and decided we had to taste one. We enjoyed chatting and discovering what makes this chicken so flavoursome. So join us as we taste Ipoh Salted chicken for the 1st time.
